   • The refund applies only to the original purchase. Subsequent renewals, upgrades, or add-ons are not covered under this policy.

   • Include your order number and the email address used at the time of purchase.

3. Processing Your Refund

   • Once we receive your request, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
   • The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.

4. Exceptions

   • If the digital product has been misused or violated according to our Terms of Use, the refund may not be granted.
